After the equity change, changlian investment center (limited partnership) of Shanghai pilot free trade zone will continue to reduce the shares of listed companies according to the above plan. As of the date of signature of this report, there is no other reduction plan for changlian investment center (limited partnership) in Shanghai pilot free trade zone except the above mentioned reduction plan. Shanghai pilot free trade zone changlian investment center (limited partnership) will strictly abide by the provisions and commitments of relevant laws and regulations. After the completion of the above reduction plan, if the company plans to continue to reduce the shares of listed companies, it will strictly fulfill the obligation of information disclosure and timely disclose the reduction plan.

Section 4 ways of changing the obligor's rights and interests in information disclosure

Before this equity change, changlian investment center (limited partnership) of Shanghai pilot free trade zone held 19,833,334 shares of Shanghai changlian international logistics co., LTD, accounting for 5.3797% of the total share capital of the listed company.

On March 15, 2019, Shanghai pilot free trade zone changlian investment center (limited partnership) reduced the shares of listed companies by centralized bidding, accounting for 0.3797% of the total share capital of listed companies.

Before and after the completion of this change, the changes in the rights and interests of Shanghai changlian international logistics co., LTD held by Shanghai changlian investment center (limited partnership) in the pilot free trade zone are as follows:

As of the date of signature of this report, the shares of the listed company held by the obligor of information disclosure are all unlimited tradable shares, which do not involve any rights restriction matters such as equity pledge and freeze.

Six months prior to the signing date of this report, the information disclosure obligor sold the shares of changlian through the centralized trading system of the Shanghai stock exchange as follows:

2019年3月15日，上海自由贸易试验区长联投资中心(有限合伙)集中竞价减持上市公司股份，占上市公司总股本的0.3797%。
