(5) When importing prepackaged food, in addition to providing the above materials, the following inspection requirements shall also be met:
1. If the owner or his agent has obtained the new version of the “Import and Export Food Labeling Certificate” issued by the AQSIQ (the front color of the certificate is green), the original certificate can be submitted for inspection and a copy of the certificate is provided.
2. If the owner or his agent has already filed the import and export pre-packaged food label and obtained the record number from the Beijing Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, it can be reported by the label record number (see Article 4 for details of the record business).
3. If the owner or his agent does not have a new version of the "Import and Export Food Labeling Certificate" issued by the AQSIQ or fails to file the import and export pre-packaged food label at the Beijing Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the inspection requirements.
